Below are projects we have completed and are currently in progress. We try to update our progress on a monthly basis. All the workers in the photos are our workers and not day labor we believe by having a full time staff of sometimes 100 or more we are able to offer the best quality of service. All our workers undergo our own 30 hour safety training course where most have the 10 or 30 hour OSHA trained card all trained in house. You are only as good as the people you hire and we at Demon Demo, Inc. believe the only way to have a safe and quality worksite is to train them our self. We equip our men with knowledge, proper safety equipment and train them how to use it and they earn the right to become part of the Demon Demo, Inc. team. HISTORICAL CARLTON HOTEL This project had several challenges first completing 12 floors of demolition on an accelerated schedule and removal of a 12 story fire escape. Demon Demo, Inc. engineered a safety plan to insure the safety of the Bridgetown Grill below that remained open during the removal. With our every move being monitored by OSHA this historical renovation project was not only completed ahead of schedule and without any violations but praise from OSHA for our safety standards exceeding theirs. DULUTH HIGH SCHOOL This 3 year project is still ongoing. Demon Demo, Inc. has exceeded all the county’s deadlines, bonds and safety qualifications. This project has involved 50% selective demolition and 50% complete demolishing of field houses and buildings all done in house with our demolition experts and equipment. See Photos…..

NORTHCREEK EXTERIOR MODERNIZATION PROJECT This Project is where our OSHA certified staff becomes most valuable. This is an ongoing project so check back for updates. Demon Demo, Inc. is removing brick from the four 8 story buildings through a removal method we designed ourselves. At the moment we are having a great success with completing the project under budget and in a third the time allowed. We are also performing the work at night in order to not disrupt the tenants. PROMENADE As one of the areas most progressive demolitions experts more times than not we are asked to do the impossible. Demon Demo, Inc. completed 120,000 square feet of demolition in 1 week’s time with limited work hours. This is the type of project that puts us in demand because we do what others cannot. We were able to coordinate multiple elevators and work on all floors to complete this 5 floor project ahead of schedule and below budget. See Photos…..
